Founded in the 1970s, France Contentieux has consistently managed to evolve and adapt to new economic and technological challenges, and become one of the leaders in the sector. Our integration within the group Konecta has enabled us to expand our range of services and benefit even further from an international presence, while maintaining our commitment to quality and efficiency.

1973

The beginnings of a pioneer

France Contentieux was founded by Jean-Claude Soulard, a former Court Bailiff. From the outset, the company has stood out as a specialist in international debt collection.

2004

A strategic transformation

Previously focused on B2B and international business, France Contentieux undergoes major changes: change in management, digital transformation, expansion of their IT infrastructure, opening up to B2C claims

2005

National expansion

Opening of the first branch in Lyon.

2008

Strengthening operations

Creation of the first call center in Mauritius, maximizing case management.

2017

A turning point with "B2S"

Acquisition by B2S (Business Support Service), an expert in customer relationship management and leader in operation outsourcing.

2022

European scope

France Contentieux joins "Comdata", European leader in customer relationships management.

2023

A global dimension

Merging with Konecta, giving birth to the 6th global player in CX BPO. From now on, the unified group will offer a complete range of services: counsel and process optimization, digital and technological solutions, outsourcing of customer services, and collection of receivables
